He was with First Union Bank for many years, and not long ago was the Vice President of the Residential Lending Department for the Bank of Tampa until he joined forces with his wife Bobbie. She began her banking career with Mid State Federal Savings and Loan in 1986, and prior to partnering up with David she was the Area Builder Sales Manager for a national lender, and recognized as a top producer with Regions Bank. They have been extremely successful working together, and continue making the Top Producers list in their Region. Team Donaldson strives to ensure every detail of your transaction is handled professionally and they work diligently to ensure your loan closes on time.
