Under the leadership of personal coaches, students operate their own independent small businesses selling the Southwestern Advantage Learning System directly to families face-to-face. Our integrated suite of print, software, and online resources develops both academic skills and success principles in students from pre-K through college prep. Student reps are thoroughly trained in every aspect of running a small business – including how to generate prospects, leads, and referrals over the course of their summer break; a system proven to work effectively for over 160 years. The Southwestern Advantage Sales & Leadership Program is designed to be the best opportunity for college students to offset the cost of their education while gaining skills needed for personal and professional growth.
