Two years ago today, we opened a little restaurant called Souvla in Hayes Valley. In those two years, we have built an incredible team of talented individuals, a community of extraordinary guests, vendors and supporters, and created so many great memories. We look forward to our future, both here in Hayes Valley and our new home in NoPa - to experiencing this incredible journey again, and to bringing Souvla to more people. We owe so much to those who supported us in the early days, and to those who continue to each and every day. So Happy 2nd Birthday Souvla. As we say in Greek, "χρονια πολλα!" or many years! 🎉🙏🎂
