A Warm Welcome to you. My name is Natalie and this is my coaching business Sparkle Now. After beginning my life journey in Teaching and Social work I have found my home as a Coach. Imagine waking up every morning with a bit of sparkle in your life? Knowing that this day and every day after is a day you want to live over and over. Because you are worth it - I look forward to meeting with you in the virtual world, on the phone or in person soon. At present I have created a space for women gathering weekly called 'Creating My World' where Mama's can sit in this space and ask themselves what they want from their life right now and in their sparkly future. I noticed being a mother that I would often get lost in the day to day and forget about what creates a smile in my life. Connecting with self and others, the minute you walk into the room it is about you, it is about women, it is about the now and about your future. We explore this through Visualisation/Meditation, Drawing, Writing, Listening, Speaking, Hearing, Playing and Being Still. Come and Join us and start living YOUR life.
