I, Lisa Hamilton proudly worked over the past 14 years in the Healthcare Industry. During this time I noticed all the series issue that exists in the Healthcare industry. This laid heavy on my heart. I knew it was something that I had to do to make a difference in at least one elderly or disable person’s life. So every day I did the best I could to services, every senior citizen or disabled person that I encounter. I believe strongly in one day at a time. You can’t change the world in one day but, you can make a difference in someone’s live in a day. Over the 14 years that I spent in the Healthcare Industry. I have experience what it takes to keep my clients safer, happier, and healthier for as long as possible, in the comfort of their own home. These up and close relationship that I built with my clients, and the families, provided me with the key components, to create a care plan that will respect the rights and lives of my clients. These components take all worry away from the family. When our Client Care Manager enters the home she will create a list of items that will be needed each week. Such as personal care, grooming, food, or whatever, you feel will be needed. This checklist will be provided to the family so that you never have to worry about your love one being without things needed to keep them safe, happy and healthy. We will always let you know if something has changed in the health of your love one. You also have the option of the caregiver attending the doctor’s appointments. This will insure that the healthcare team has a full understanding of any changes that may occur and help with any treatments that can improve their current health condition. These are just a few things that Special Touch Care LLC, will do to help make this lifestyle change as simple as possible.
