We are thrilled to introduce you to the most affordable, flexible and convenient venue in all of Indianapolis. Our unique, inn is most famous for its, "under one roof" bookings. We can host your complete wedding process from your engagement, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception to your overnight guest accommodations. The Inn has 7 guest rooms and a beautiful honeymoon suite. Our Inn accepts all vendors of any kind or you can bring in your own food or hire the caterer of your choice. We rent the entire Inn for events as a package may includes your choice of a ceremony and reception; our prices range from $499.00 to $1,750.00. We host all parties and celebrations of every kind, our event prices start at $200.00. In summary, you control all of your event choices including your budget. We service all denominations, faiths and preferences. We are open every weekend for tours and more information. History: Our historic inn is over 120 years old and it sits on more than an acre of land. The Inn is located in the heart of Speedway, one mile from the world famous Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The 6,000 square foot home has a total of 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. Overnight accommodations are available in one of the 7 guest bedrooms and a beautiful honeymoon suite complete with a Jacuzzi, four poster bed and attached parlor. We are the most affordable and flexible facility in all of Indianapolis: We welcome all outside vendors or you can bring in your own food. Our Inn allows you to control every aspect of your event, including your budget. The simplicity of our Inn, creates an ambiance to fit any ones style and budget; we transform our Inn into your own individual desires. We have our own preferred caterers, wedding officiants, wedding & event planners, photographers, etc. that we can refer you to. You may select from one of our vendors, mix and match our vendors with yours or you can choose all of your own vendors. Your food choices may consist of a "carry in", an outdoor barbecue or a five course meal with your own personal chef. On site accommodations makes your event unique: Our overnight guest accommodations can house your entire bridal party or close family members for the night or for the week. After your event, you can awake the next day to choose either a private breakfast in your suite or, emerge to the dining room to join your family and friends for breakfast. On site accommodations, makes dressing for your wedding not only convenient but exciting and memorable. Our attic "hideaway" is tucked away on the third floor; this room is perfect for groomsmen to get dressed. The bride may enjoy a jacuzzi bubble bath and dressing in the honeymoon suite, while the bridesmaids dress in the adjacent parlor. Our packages may include tables, 100 chairs, the gazebo and grounds (up to 12 hours) and the honeymoon suite if booked in advance. Our event prices start at $200.00 and go up to $899.00 Our basic wedding package ranges up to $1,775.00, the deposit is $500.00 and all packages should be paid in full 90 days prior to the event. Our Inn specializes in smaller, more intimate gatherings that create a personal touch to any event. Our indoor facilities can accommodate 75-100 people; our outdoor patio area combined with indoors will accommodate 125 people. Our front lawn is perfect for an outdoor wedding or larger groups up to 250 people (tented or open) is your choice. Our beautiful entryway provides a grand entrance into the home and the front party area known as the "gathering room". Guests may enjoy access to our full kitchen.
