About Dr. Ahmed Korayem: Dr. Ahmed Korayem is a graduate of the Southern California University of Health Sciences (graduating year 2011). who has specialized in the Gonstead Method of Chiropractic. Other specialties include the Wellness & Lifestyle Certification training by Dr. James Chestnut on behalf of the International Chiropractic Association and Extremity Adjusting by Dr. Mark Werking on behalf of the Gonstead Seminars. In adjunct to his training in chiropractic, Dr. Ahmed is also a certified clinical hypnotherapist and a Master Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner and is a graduate from the Hypnosis Motivational Institute back in 2012. Having specialized in what is reputed to be the most specific hands-on approach to adjusting the spine and extremities (Gonstead Method), the Wellness and Lifestyle training as a means to approach the body as a whole taking into consideration whole-food nutrition, exercise physiology & spinal hygiene as well as mind set of the patient, which is further complemented by clinical hypnotherapy and NLP work. The holistic mind-body approach to taking care of a person as a person rather than a symptom that needs to be concealed. After all, a symptom is nothing more than an awareness brought to the mind-body in order to make the person consciously bring the body into balance. Being aware that patient education and awareness are crucial for the individual to make an informed decision, Dr. Ahmed will be giving regular educational health talks in regards to chiropractic care, spinal hygiene, diet, mind-body connection, hypnosis amongst other topics.
