Email the Library at sps-library@hsps.cam.ac.uk The Library serves the Social Sciences & POLIS Departments at Cambridge University, within the Human, Social, and Political Science Faculty. Politics, Sociology and Social and Developmental Psychology are the subject areas principally covered by the SPS Library. The SPS Library houses an impressive range of books and journals specific to the social and political sciences and provides an excellent space within which to work. The collection caters mainly for undergraduates, but also contains material of interest to graduate students and reference material relevant to social and political sciences. The SPS Library is situated in the New Museums Site. The nearest entrance is via the Free School Lane Gate (open until 18:30 Mon-Fri and until 14:00 on Saturday), which is situated near to the top end of the road (Bene't Street end).
