Description
The competition will be held on April 18th from 9am-4pm at SPSC Crossfit in St. Petersburg, FL. Teams of 2 (same sex) will compete in either Rx or Scaled divisions. This is a one day, 3-event competition celebrating FREEDOM, FITNESS, and FUN. Wear your best red, white, and blue outfit and throw down alongside your peers and friends from our local fitness community. This competition was created to be challenging and fun, without the nonsense of novelty movements or workouts aimed to hurt you. Register now to reserve your spot.
