Our Centre does not include the annoying tele-marketers or membership consultants. We just want to provide the best equipment and best environment for people that want the best in fitness. Squashlands Gym & Fitness is open 7 days a week and caters for anybody who is serious about getting fit and staying fit. For the people who want to have fun, we have 5 Glass Backed courts for a great game of squash or Racket Ball
