Registration Times: Tuesday 4:00 pm --> Doctors and Pharmacists get in at 5:00 pm Thursday Afternoon 12:00 pm --> Doctors and Pharmacists get in at 1:00 pm Thursday Evening 5:00 pm --> Doctors and Pharmacists get in at 6:00 pm MENTAL HEALTH CLINIC Wednesdays at 3:00 pm by appointment ONLY. Call Monday through Friday after 11:00 am to schedule an appointment. 313.961.7863 DERMATOLOGY 2nd Tuesday of the month at 5PM DIABETIC CLASSES 3rd Monday of the month from 4-5PM FOOT CLINIC For DIABETICS and others. Every 3rd Monday 9AM-11AM NOTE: Medical Clinic is closed whenever there is a 5th Tuesday or 5th Thursday in the month. ATTENTION: Most patients meet with a social worker and benefits coordinator on a monthly basis to identify other resources that support a person's health and well being.
