Find Yourself In Your Own Hometown. Join us for the inaugural event. Spend a long weekend at the fabulous Chase Park Plaza Friday November 1 through Sunday November 3rd. PROGRAM SCHEDULE We will begin our weekend on Friday morning at 10:00 am and conclude on Sunday at noon. Wear comfortable clothing for activity. Friday and Saturday program segments will be for 3 hours in the morning and two hours in the evening. Our programming will conclude with a two -hour event on Sunday. DOWNTIME There will be plenty of built in downtime so you can fully relax. You could see a movie, book a massage, take a nap, or use the fitness facilities for even more activity. Spa packages are available through the Santé Spa located within the Chase. A Massage Luxe is conveniently located within walking distance of the Chase. PROGRAM ACTIVITIES o Relaxation o Group Physical Training for all fitness levels o Mindfulness Activities, o Yoga o Wellness Education o Sleep Tips o Social Support o Individual Coaching and Personal Training available at an additional cost o MEALS Meals are not included in the cost of this program. You may have meals on your own or join your group leaders and other program participants for any or all meals. PROGRAM REGISTRATION FEES The entire weekend of programming is only $325.00. If you register before October 1st, you can obtain an early bird discount of $295.00. Meals and hotel are not included in the registration fee. Cancellations before October 1, 2013 incur a $75.00 cancellation fee. There will be no refund available after October 1st. Call the Chase Park Plaza to book your rooms now!
