Congratulations to Room 7 on opening up and sharing their learning with us at assembly on Thursday. Clearly alot of learning has been taking place about countries and cultures from around the world, allowing development of their geographical skills. Also, what a great opportunity to showcase their rapidly increasing public speaking skills.
Congratulations to our Year 6 students on representing St Mary's so well at the annual Catholic Primary Schools Speech Day. Abi Sekitoga delivered a well thought out and funny speech among stiff competition, and did so with flair! Thankyou Ms Nancarrow for your time, effort and thought in arranging such a great day for the students. Thankyou also to all staff who helped prepare food, set up furniture, run activities, cover yard duties, order flowers and pitch in to help the day to be so successful.
