My name is Stephanie Masters, I am 24 years old, and I moved to beautiful California from Orlando, FL in December of 2013. I came to follow my dream as an event planner in San Diego after getting my bachelor degree in event management from UCF. I was very unhealthy, unhappy, underweight, and all around damaged when I arrived. I love trying new things and staying active in different exciting ways. Through proper nutrition and exercise I was able to become a happier, healthier, and fit individual. After overcoming my challenges I decided that I wanted more out of life. I joined team Beachbody to help girls who might be in or know someone in a situation similar to mine. Every woman deserves to feel sexy. My goal is to share my story with you personally, and help you be healthy, happy, and fit. I love what these programs were able to do for me so I took the leap and became a coach! I am very passionate about my results and I would love the opportunity to help others on their journey to get the healthy amazing body they always dreamed they could have.
