As a mom of two little boys (one of them an infant) I know how hard it is to find time for YOURSELF when you have a family, or work, or both, along with all the other daily struggles...But it's the best thing you can do for yourself, and your family and friends! I believe that BeachBody truly has changed my whole outlook on life. I love the confidence that I've gained while trying to get rid of my baby weight and want to share my amazing journey as I go from flabby to fit with you:-) I've changed my eating habits, I workout consistently (and look forward to it) I would LOVE to help you reach your goals, have you join me in a challenge group, or just chat about health and fitness or this business, so message me! Above all else, I hope this page gives you some motivation, inspiration, and even some tasty recipes :) I look forward to hearing from you! I'm available most days in the mornings,and from 5-9 in the evening so if I don't get back to you right away, it's just because I'm with my family ;) But I will get back to you within the day!
