Description
We support people with learning difficulties, Autism Spectrum Disorder and learning disabilities to get a paid job. We have been in operation for almost 20 years and support hundreds of people every year to gain meaningful training, qualifications and social skills to realise their potential for a better future. Our services include: - Transition: supporting school leavers to make informed choices about future training, further education and employment - Youth: supporting young people to develop interpersonal and employability skills - Training: providing training up to NVQ level - Employment: support to find and stay in a job We also operate six social enterprises including four cafe's, a wedding stationery company and a guild commended picture framing business. These businesses serve as a realistic training platform for our trainees. They are open to the public with 100% of profits reinvested to support our work. We see everyone's potential. We see things differently. Our Mission is: To provide training and support which enables people with a learning disability or a learning difficulty to fulfil their potential.
