Strassa Combatives Self Protection Training 8 Week Self Protection Training Course 6 Week Advanced Course Group and Private Training Available upon request What Can You Get From The 8 Week Self Protection Training Course? Strassa Combatives Self Protection Training 8 Week Course will cover everything from the psychology of conflict to developing the “hard skills”. A few things from the course would be Fear Management and Awareness Drills along with Pressure and Stress Drills as well. The idea is to leave class each night and be able to perform these skills under an “adrenalized” situation immediately and have the confidence to do so. There will be “Aggression Days”, realistic situation and scenario days where you will put your skills to the test with simulated attacks against an aggressor (whom will be in a protective suit) where you will use your “hard skills” to the max. This is where bringing training as close to reality as possible comes in to play. This is a MENS and WOMENS course, however, Women’s Rape Prevention will also be discussed because situations regarding men and women tend to differ. Women will get a slightly different approach to self-protection training. More of an added feature for women. What you will learn and develop should last a life time.
