Hidden from view from the street, but with a birds-eye view of the Philadelphia skyline, Stratus Rooftop Lounge is an open-air sanctuary unlike anything else in the city. With two private enclosed pavilions, a large outdoor patio and an indoor bar, Stratus –11 stories above Independence Mall –accommodates a chic crowd of 300 comfortably. The cosmopolitan design is a perfect balance to the rustic Red Owl Tavern, its sister restaurant at street-level. Small plates crafted by Executive Chef Guillermo Tellez round out a menu of wines, Champagnes, cocktails and local artisan brews.
