Lower Gardens The Lower Gardens have 3 permanent kiosks and a seasonal café providing refreshments for the estimated 2 ½ million visitors per year. Here, we encourage operators who can provide an alternative to the traditional ‘seaside food’ experience: previous operators have served up food such as omelettes, falafel, fresh fish, and strawberries and cream. Pitch prices start from £30 per day—see tariff overleaf. Horseshoe Common A popular walk-through during the day for office workers and language students, with a more vibrant feel into the evening. Horseshoe Common does not have any other food outlets, so there are no menu restrictions. There are no public toilets on this site. Pitch prices start from £10 per day. Hengistbury Head Visitor Centre Courtyard Hengistbury Head attracts more than 1 million visitors each year. We encourage those offering alternative cuisines to those on the menu at the two cafés on site. Electricity is available at extra cost, by prior arrangement. We need to log your insurance details and check your hygiene certificate, so there is a one-off registration fee of £10 for the year.
