Madelin Rocheleau, founder and yoga instructor at Strength and Serenity Yoga, has been practicing yoga since 2009 and completed her 200 hour Hatha yoga teacher training at Rama Lotus Yoga Centre in April 2013. Her classes are influenced by power and vinyasa styles of yoga and can be adapted to beginners to well practiced yogis alike. Strength and Serenity Yoga has in the past offered corporate classes at the Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada and free classes through Karma Warriors at the Odawa Native Friendship Centre in Ottawa, ON as well as children's yoga classes. Madelin has recently moved to Victoria, BC and is eagerly exploring Victoria's yoga community. - Namaste -
