A stretchbod yogacare experience is 60-90 mins of breath cultivation integrated with whole body lengthening using Thai Yoga Bodywork and Iyengar alignment techniques. It is a meditative body treatment where you are encouraged to focus on your breath and submit to the mat. Clients have reported feelings of loose limberness, tension and pain alleviation, better posture, deep restful sleep and a general sense of well being.
