Strong Tower CrossFit is a strength and conditioning facility that fully embraces the CrossFit philosophy. Located in Middleburg Heights, OH, we offer daily classes, seminars, sport specific training, personal training, and a one-of-a-kind atmosphere. Strong Tower believes in a 360 degree approach to health and fitness, encompassing diet, training, and lifestyle. This approach is what makes our community of trainers and members so strong. We are a community of trainers, clients, family and friends all mutually dedicated to the improvement of ourselves, the improvement of others, and the improvement of the local community through health and fitness. Every time you walk through our door you will be challenged, you will be coached, you will be educated, and you will be motivated. What also makes Strong Tower a unique and positive training experience, is that we further bond with each other by having fun at different socials and team activities. There’s nothing like grabbing a delicious burger with your fellow members after an intense WOD. We know that quality coaching improves results, prevents injury, and provides proper motivation. Our expert trainers know how to cater to each person’s individual needs, so we welcome those of all skill levels and abilities.
