Description

Danny Singh has been doing his mother's finances since he was a child, has never been late on any bill, and has worked with over 30 financial institutions. At 14, he was able to refinance his mother's house and car for lower interest rates. At 16, he managed to get over $1,300 interest refunded from a credit card company. Now, in response to the student loans crisis emerging, Danny is doing financial seminars, publishing tips, and helping consumers rehabilitate their credit. He has been recognized by Governor Rick Perry, First Lady Anita Perry, Seminole County Commissioner Bob Dallari, State Representative Jason Broduer, Senator Marco Rubio, and several news stations as the "financial whiz kid." If you need help of any kind then please contact him using www.facebook.com/studentsfinance or call him at (407) 496-6005. He can help you save a house from foreclosure, save a car from repossession, and handle any type of financial issue free of charge. Danny's reward is your financial freedom and experience helps his passion grow. Danny published a book called "Finance 101: The Whiz Kid's Perfect Credit Guide." All profits are donated to the Children's National Medical Center for HIV research. Thank you for your support.

If you plan to attend grad school, do not wait to take the GRE, GMAT, or other test that is required for admission. Take the test while your academic skills are fresh. I think some people may forget higher level math skills if they wait too long.

Some people are getting into more debt when they take out student loans compared to people who buy houses and/or cars. What is wrong with this?!

Please avoid bad credit car dealerships like DriveTime and others you may see on TV. They are SCAMS. They sell you used cars at VERY expensive prices and charge 13% to 20% interest (if not more) on the car loans.

If you are paying interest on anything (student loan, credit card, car, house, etc.), Always check with a credit union to see if you can be offered a lower interest rate. Credit unions are non-profit.

If you are taking a loan to pay for summer class then I discourage you from doing so. Instead, work a job and save up money. The interest that you would pay on loans should go into a savings/retirement account.

Some graduate schools do focus on where you completed your undergraduate degree. "We determine caliber of institution attended and rigor of curriculum by admissions standards. For instance, there are some undergraduate programs that are extremely selective and difficult to obtain admission(i.e. Harvard), therefore we rate the caliber of institution there higher than others."

If you earn bad grades then please do not lose your motivation. Losing motivation means you truly have failed. Save the coursework, learn from mistakes, and do better. Do not drop out.

Before pursuing an online degree, please check with some potential employers to ensure it will not be looked down upon. Make sure the facility is Regionally Accredited.

I am not trying to be impolite. PLEASE if you go out of state for college or get into extreme debt, make sure your degree is marketable to employers. Please do not get into $100,000 or more of debt for a history, music, art, or another limited subject degree.

Although community colleges and small state colleges lack prestige, their professors are not required to publish research. In contrast, the professors of universities are required to publish research otherwise they will get fired. The research helps the university to gain prestige. The prestige raises the likelihood that a high number of students will enroll into the facility = $$$$$$

In the United States, student loans have higher interest rates than cars and houses. This seems messed up.

If an employer gives you a hard time about lack of experience then emphasize although you may lack experience, you will work very hard. Having experience does not guarantee that a person will work hard. Mention achievements that suggest you work hard.

When opening a checking or savings account: Look for financial institutions close to you (you save money on gas), get the best bonus (such as free $100), and confirm there are no monthly fees.

Out-of-state tuition? PLEASE be careful how much debt you get into. It is $750 per credit hour. $3000 per class (4 credit hours). Again, PLEASE be careful. About 40 classes are needed to complete a Bachelor's degree = $90,000 (if not more) at UCF

If you attend a college that lacks "Regional Accreditation" such as Everest, ITT Tech, Anthem, World College, etc. then in most cases, only other for-profit colleges will honor the credits/degrees. Example, University of Phoenix will accept the credits/degrees of ITT Tech, Everest, Anethem, etc.

I have posted this before and will post it again (because it is crazy how much this happens): Please do not make a server do many tasks and then pay them a small or no tip. This is taking advantage of them.

(My opinion): If you want something you cannot afford. Consider getting a second job. This is better than paying interest. Money that you pay on interest should go into a savings/retirement account.
