Description

East Berlin inspired Studio Kraut brings a new culinary and cultural vision to Chelsea with a German-inspired menu and a warm, salon-like atmosphere that features original artwork, music, DJs, and other live performances. The menu features comfort food small plates such as Beer Battered Pickles and Berlin Mac & Cheese as well as larger plates and sandwiches like the New York Brat, Haus Burger, White Bean and Beet Burger, and Chicken Schnitzel with a fried egg, peppercorn potatoes, haricot vert, and a dill cream sauce. Graffiti artist Kwue Molly was commissioned to create permanent and temporary art installations celebrating American street art culture throughout the restaurant.
