The Intellectual Property & Entrepreneurship Clinic provides pro bono legal advice on an extensive range of intellectual property issues, including copyright, trademark, trade secret, and privacy law. The clinic also offers free counsel to entrepreneurs and start-up companies on business law matters such as incorporation, contract law, and IP strategy. Clients include artists, authors, actors, filmmakers, designers, musicians, innovators, and entrepreneurs.
