Description

Jason Thayer and Michael Hooks are two fans of science fiction. Jason associated with the Punisher at a young age, due to baring witness to great wrongdoings in his life. Michael associated with Batman. Bullied from a young age, Gotham City was a place Michael traveled to. He could escape the loneliness of everyday life and witness the strength and fortitude of the Dark Night Reap Vengeance on those who'd harm others. The two met in the US Army Infantry. Jason was Michael's Squad Leader and Platoon Sergeant. The two got along well, trained to go to war, and spent a year fighting beside each other in the Logar Province of Afghanistan. After several injuries, both Michael and Jason were medically discharged from the Army. Michael lives in Sacramento and studies Fashion Design and Merchandising at the International Academy of Design and Technology. Jason lives in Seattle with three beautiful children and his wife, the love of his life. He is a Journeyman level machinist, and a master mechanic. Michael and Jason make an interesting pair, because they both have the talent and knowledge needed in their respected fields to make costumes and prop replicas. However, their love of sci-fi, the fandom culture there-in, and accuracy in their creations sets them apart from other designers. They want to pay homage to the characters who helped both of them through tough times in their lives by building replicas and making costumes exactly how their customers want them. If SHA customers have a slight surge of excitement when they hold a SHA product, because of its intense accuracy, Michael and Jason have done their job.
