Superstar Sleepers is a sleep consulting service for families with babies, toddlers or older children who have sleep difficulties. I am dedicated to helping families solve their children's sleep problems by giving them the skills they need to teach their children how to sleep happily and independently through the night and to take long, restful naps during the day. A full-service sleep consultation package includes: - a preliminary evaluation - a private consultation - a detailed, fully customised sleep plan - 2 weeks of telephone and email follow-up

General Info

The techniques I use are based on the Sleep Sense Programme. I have used the Sleep Sense Programme with my own child, who is now a superstar sleeper. I have since been personally trained by Dana Obleman, creator of Sleep Sense, which has already helped around 30 000 families around the world to find effective solutions to their sleep problems.
