Set in the picturesque rural village of Dalston, Cumbria.Suziebou is a traditional rural gift shop set in the picturesque village of Dalston in Cumbria, near Carlisle, Wigton. The company was founded in 2009 by Suzanne Brown who had previously served as an assistant buyer for Fenwick's of Newcastle. Suzanne started the company in a very small way, simply by hosting party plan evenings with friends and attending local events like Carlisle Racecourse. The parties soon became very popular around the whole of Cumbria and so she set up a gift shop in the Village of Dalston. In the early days Suziebou just sold Handbags and Jewellery but Suzanne has now expanded the range of products to include handmade gifts, Designer Jewellery, cards and personalised gifts. The flexability of trading as a small business allows Suziebou to bring unique and personised gifts to her customers.
