We teach children as young as 3. We also teach adults.
We take all learners from the age of 3 upwards, including those with disabilities. We teach water safety and water confidence then progress to fitness, technique and strength. Our teacher to swimmer ratio in the learners is very low and we offer up to three 45 minute lessons per week. As a result our swimmers learn and progress very quickly.
Kate teaches yoga to adults and children including Family, Pregnancy and Mum+Baby classes. She is a Massage Therapist, Reflexologist and teaches Developmental Baby Massage. She is a qualified birth Doula supporting parents during pregnancy and birth.
