Matt received his degree in Health Promotion from The University of Northern Iowa and has held numerous personal training certifications. In 2001 Matt was a member of Tony Dungy's Strength and Conditioning Staff with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Matt has had extensive education in rehabilitative exercise, neuromuscular anatomy, nutrition, exercise physiology, and continues his education to stay current in the field.
