Sweat Shop Gym We offer many different programs catered to a wide variety of members. We are a family gym and all our trainers have a very deep passion for enriching the lives of others through nutrition guidance and fitness instruction.

Sweat Shop is a perfect blend of personal training studio and gym. We offer one-on-one training, group classes, nutritian counseling, and a full service MMA program for ALL fitness levels.
