Hi everyone..My name is Gail and I have been making cakes for friends and family for 30 years and decided to make a business out of my hobby.In October and November I gained 3 Professional Diplomas..royal icing and piping,sugar paste and modelling and finally sugar flowers and attained a "Masters" in Sugar Artistry.I have been passed by Environmental Health-Grade 5 and work from home designing cakes and confectionery to your very own requirements.
