Direkt in der Stadtmitte, an der Neustädter Havelbucht, haben wir einen Ort des Kennenlernens in kommunikativer Atmosphäre geschaffen. Wir möchten unseren Besuchern einen individuellen und gemütlichen Schlafplatz anbieten, in dem sie sich einfach wie zu Hause fühlen. Potsdam, die alte Stadt mit den vielen jungen Menschen im Seengebiet der Havel, ist dafür wie gemacht. Obwohl im Herzen der Stadt, liegt das Swimming Hostel Potsdam in der Neustädter Havelbucht an einem ruhigen und grünen Liegeplatz - perfekt um abends auf die schön beleuchtete Bucht zu schauen und zur Ruhe zu kommen. In nur 10 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß ohne Probleme - den berühmten Park des Schlosses Sanssouci - die historische Altstadt Potsdams mit seiner gepflegten Restaurant- und spannenden Kneipenszene - das Holländische Viertel - den Neuen Markt mit dem Königlichen Kutschstall - und die vielen kulturellen Highlights Preußischer Könige wie des Soldatenkönigs Friedrich Wilhelm I. und seines Sohnes Friedrich II. (der Große) - die Universität Potsdam  - den Hauptbahnhof Potsdam Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Markt-Center-Potsdam, sowie die Straßenbahnhaltestelle „Feuerbachstraße“, mit der man nur 3 Stationen vom Hauptbahnhof Potsdam entfernt ist, sind nur 300 Meter von der Kamina entfernt. Von Potsdam-Hauptbahnhof erreicht man die interessantesten Besuchermagneten Berlins in weniger als 40 Minuten ohne umzusteigen. - Berlin Bahnhof Zoo (nähe Kurfürstendamm) in 38 Minuten - Berlin Bahnhof Mitte (Brandenburger Tor, Potsdamer Platz, Unter Den Linden) in 40 Minuten Außer einem 90 qm großen, offenen und Licht durchfluteten auf 3 Ebenen verteilten Gemeinschaftsbereich der aus Küche, Essbereich und Wohnzimmer besteht, gibt es zwei 40 qm große Sonnendecks. Zum Schlafen stehen zur Zeit 5 Räume mit insgesamt 14 Betten bereit. Zwei dieser Zimmer sind sowohl als Doppel wie auch als Vierbettzimmer zu buchen. Beide verfügen über ein eigenes Bad/WC. Die drei anderen Zimmer haben ein gemeinsames Bad/WC. Die beiden günstigsten Betten sind die ehemaligen Matrosenkojen. Unseren Gästen steht eine komplett ausgestattete Küche zur Verfügung um sich selber zu verpflegen. Darüber hinaus gibt es nach Vorbestellung ab 07:30 Uhr ein kleines Frühstück für € 3,00, oder um 10:00 Uhr ein großes gemeinschaftliches Frühstück für € 6,00. Außerdem gibt es im Gemeinschaftsbereich W-Lan das gerne genutzt werden kann. --------------------------------------------------------------------- ENGLISH --------------------------------------------------------------------- In the heart of the romantic city of Potsdam, on the western outskirts of Berlin, you can find the Swimming Hostel Potsdam. Right in the town center, at the Neustädter Havelbucht, we want to create a place of getting to know interisting people in a communicative atmosphere. We want to offer our visitors an individual and cozy place to sleep, in which they feel just like beeing at home. Potsdam, the old town with many young people in the lake area of the Havel is the perfect basis for this. Although in the heart of the city, the Swimming Hostel Potsdam is located in the Neustädter Havelbucht in a quiet and green area - perfect to have a look on the illuminated bay and relax after an active day. In just 10 minutes you can walk without problems to - the famous park of Sanssouci Palace - the historic city of Potsdam, with its fine restaurant and exciting bar scene - the Dutch Quarter - the New Market with the royal carriage stable - and the many cultural highlights of Prussian kings as the soldier king Friedrich Wilhelm I and his son Frederick II (the Great) - the University of Potsdam - Main trainstation of Potsdam Just 300 meters from the Kamina you find the Shopping Market center of Potsdam, as well as the tram stop "Feuerbachstraße" with which one is just one stop away from the central station of Potsdam. From the Potsdam main trainstation you can reach the most interesting visitor attractions in Berlin in less than 40 minutes without changing the train. - Berlin Zoo Station (near Kurfürstendamm) in 38 minutes - Berlin train station (Brandenburg Gate, Potsdamer Platz, Unter Den Linden) in 40 minutes The Swimming Hostel has a huge communal area which is distributed on three levels, consisting of kitchen, dining area and living room and two sun decks, each having 40 m² . For sleeping are currently five rooms with 14 beds available. Two of these rooms can be booked either as double or as a quadruple. Both have a private bathroom. The other three rooms share a common bathroom. The two cheapest beds are the old sailer bunks. Our guests can use a totally equipped kitchen to cook there own food. If you want to, you can book a small breakfast from 7:30am on for € 3,00, or a communal big one at 10 am for € 6,00. In our common area you dispose of wireless lan internet if you desire.

How To Get to Swimming Hostel Berlin

Die MS Kamina liegt in der Neustädter Havelbucht Wall am Kiez 7 14467 Potsdam Nur zehn Minuten Fußweg benötigt man von hier aus bis zum berühmten Park des Schlosses Sanssouci oder der historischen Altstadt Potsdams, dem Holländischen Viertel. Darüber hinaus liegt ein großes Einkaufzentrum keine 300 Meter von uns entfernt! Die Straßenbahn Haltestelle „Feuerbachstraße“ des Potsdamer Verkehrsnetzes findet man nur 300 m, den Potsdamer Hauptbahnhof, der auch Haltestelle des Berliner Straßenbahnnetzes ist, nur10 Minuten Fußweg von der Kamina entfernt. Dadurch sind wir in Zukunft deutlich schneller und einfacher zu erreichen als wir es in Berlin jemals waren. Vom Hauptbahnhof Potsdam aus sind es ohne umzusteigen 38 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof Berlin, 44Minuten bis zum Alexanderplatz. Die Haltestelle „Feuerbachstraße“ des Potsdamer S-Bahn Systems liegt ca 300 Meter entfernt. Von dort sind es ca 7 Minunten bis zum Hauptbahnhof Potsdam, Der Hauptbahnhof Potsdam liegt ca 10 Minuten Fußweg oder 7 Minuten mit der S-Bahn entfernt. Von hier aus sind es ohne umzusteigen 38 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof Berlin, 44Minuten bis zum Alexanderplatz.  ANREISE vom Hauptbahnhof Potsdam, zu Fuß über die „Lange Brücke“ und dann der „Breiten Straße“ folgen, bis Ihr auf der linken Seite die „Neustädter Havelbucht“ seht. In dem Sportboothafen dort liegt die „MS Kamina“. Alternativ könnt Ihr vom Hauptbahnhof Potsdam auch mit der Tram 91, Tram 98 oder dem Bus 605 bis zur Haltestelle Feuerbachstraße fahren. Dort geht Ihr einfach um das wie eine Moschee aussehende Gebäude drumherum und steht schon am Ufer der Neustädter Havelbucht. Genau gegenüber befindet sich der Hafen. vom Hauptbahnhof Berlin: Die „S-Bahn“ S7 bis zum Hauptbahnhof Potsdam. Weiter wie oben beschrieben. vom Flughafen Tegel: Nehmt den TXL Bus zum Hauptbahnhof Berlin. Weiter wie oben beschrieben. vom Flughafen Schönefeld: Nehmt die „S-Bahn“ S9 zum Ostkreuz. Von dort die S7 nach Potsdam Hauptbahnhof. Weiter wie oben beschrieben. vom ZOB Berlin: Nehmt den Bus M43 nach Zoologischer Garten Bhf, dort die „S-Bahn“ S7 nach Potsdam Hauptbahnhof. Continue as above. from Tegel Airport: Take the TXL bus to Berlin Central Station. Continue as above. from Schönefeld Airport: Take the "S-Bahn" S9 to Ostkreuz. From there, the S7 to Potsdam Hauptbahnhof. Continue as above. from ZOB Berlin: Take the M43 bus to Zoologischer Garten station, than the "S-Bahn" S7 to Potsdam Hauptbahnhof. Continue as above
