Agility/Footwork Classes 2013 Commencing 9 February 2013, Sydney University Fencing Club will run “Speed, Agility, Footwork and Fitness” classes from 12:15-2:00pm. These are designed to develop on the speed, agility, footwork and fitness of fencers who are keen to improve on these aspects of their game. All participants will be benchmarked in a variety of activities to allow them to evaluate their own progress through the season. The sessions will run each Saturday with the exception of the weekends of major fencing events or other club activities. Enrolment for participation is $15.00 per single session or a pre-purchase of a “term ticket” of 10 sessions for $100.00 arranged directly with the coach, Bill. The following guidelines need to be noted: - wear shorts and wicking shirt - sports shoes and fencing shoes - towel - water bottle and/or sports drink - be prepared to work hard! - be on time as the classes will start on time and there is a much needed warm up session. To register your participation or get further information via email contact Bill at email@example.com or sms or call 0403 267 330. The program will be in trial period for some time to enable us to make changes or suggestions if the classes interfere with regular club training or other activities. Note: These classes will not be replacing the existing one-on-one private lessons you can organise with one of our other coaches - check out our website for information on our coaches here: http://www.sufc.org.au/coaching.html
