Description
Mission Statement: We seek to produce theater for a diverse audience through the inclusion of diverse artists in all stages of our production. Our productions strive to challenge oppressive power structures in the spheres of race, gender, and sexuality by exploring liberating musical theater works made by and for people who are defined by these identities. We pointedly defy “the canon” as arbitrary and contrived, and seek to define a new canon: a canon of the individual. We believe that when art speaks to an individual, that is where it can make the most change.
