We offer cross-cultural workers personalized fundraising solutions.
Tailored has a team of qualified coaches ready to help you develop sustainable funding for your ministry. We work with mission organizations and missionaries that are passionate about disciple-making because that’s what we’re passionate about too. Tailored coaching isn’t a magic bullet; it’s not a program, training, or seminar. It’s a one-on-one coaching experience designed to help you uncover potential blind spots in your fundraising and discover new ways to engage others around partnership. In the last 4 years, we’ve helped 500+ missionaries generate millions of dollars in new funding for their ministries. We match you with an experienced fundraising coach that can help identify your unique challenges, develop a plan that works, and walk with you each step of the way through implementation. Our coaches know best practices of partnership development. So we’ll talk with you about your philosophy of partnership, the network you’re trying to connect with, the clarity of your message, and your methods for engagement. You meet weekly via video conference with a Tailored coach for a minimum of 3 months. We work to understand your goals, opportunities and challenges. After which, we begin helping you create the resources you need to be effective. After a fundraising plan has been developed, the coach and missionary will work together to meet the agreed upon funding goals. Our coaching is also designed to help uncover potential blind spots in fundraising and discover new ways to engage others around partnership. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never fundraised before or if you’re a seasoned fundraiser, it’s always a personalized experience.
