What We Offer Helping provide strategies to develop the optimal enviornment for Human Performance. Talent Development: - Provide local youth clubs and high schools talent development strategies. - Provide Workshops for sports clubs, businesses, universities, etc. Human Performance: - Educate Coaches on human performance and sports psychology strategies. - Human Performance Development within Businesses. - Mentor Athletes and individuals looking to get the most out of life. Sport Science: - Sport science consultancy for youth clubs, and Collegiate level teams. Why are we doing this? First of all we think a lot of society's ways of thinking are backwards today, and we want to start small and try and make a difference in the community where we grew up. We are originially from the Columbus and Dayton area, excluding Ollie (England). We want to try and help people realize how much they are actually worth and help them develop an outlook on life that takes them to places they never thought imaginable. We also believe that there is room for improvement in the sports industry on how we develop athletes and children. as overall people. Today we live in a results oriented society, which tends to put the wrong emphasis on a child's sport development. There is a lot of research behind talent development and how you should approach this. However, a lot of clubs and coaches are doing it wrong. For example, a lot of coaches these days are wanting kids to focus on one sport at such a young age, and think this will allow them to develop the next Messi, but in reality children have a better chance of making it pro if they played multiple sports growing up (evidence based research). And research also shows that children that play at a young age in less structured enviornments and are given the freedom to think for themselves and just play, can actually develop a more creative way of playing. We won't go into too much detail, but one focus of ours will be to try and reach out to local clubs, schools, and coaches and try and provide them with the information they need to help them develop their own athletes. Mindset is another huge thing we would like to help provide more information on. Today in society the fixed mindset is everywhere, but if we can try and help these kids develop a growth mindset from a young age, it won't only help them grow and be successful in their future, but it will also allow them to be happier because of the way that they look at life situations. We will start blogging, and writing mini books, about all of these topics, also including, positive psychology, talent development, creativity, and the list goes on and on. We want to help provide value to others in the local community, so if there is something you would like me to give a workshop on, or if you would like to chat or meet and talk about possibilities then please don't hesitate to contact me. I am here to help and I want to help in the best way that I can. Our focus will be providing evidenced based coaching technique to local high schools, sports clubs, and universities.

Part of our goal is to get people reading more. It is amazing what picking up a book, can do for an individual, when reading material that you can learn from. We challenge you to pick up a book of something that interests you, that you can learn from, and read at least 10 pages a day. Ofcourse longer is always great, but it's the small things we do each day that add up and make the difference in the long run. So if 10 pages a day is all the time you can give at the moment, then go for 10 pages! Some great human performance and sport psychology books to start off with: Growth Mindset - Carol Dweck The Talent Code - Daniel Coyle Bounce - Matthew Syed Mind Gym - Gary Mack & David Casstevens The Happiness Advantage: The Seven Principles of Positive Psychology That Fuel Success and Performance at Work - Shawn Archor We will provide more books later, but this is plenty to keep you busy.

Our next and probably most prominent service we will be providing within the first year, will be our mini books. These mini books will be made up of 40-60 pages consisting of different topics dealing with talent development, mindset, nutrition, human performance, etc. We will sell these mini books for a low price so that we can get this information and knowledge to as many coaches as possible that just don't have access to this information. We want to create and develop a way to close the gap between theory and practice. We feel this will be a great, affordable way for coaches to get education on evidence based research dealing with all of the topics mentioned above and many more!

"I haven't failed. I have just found 10,000 ways that won't work." -Thomas Edison Failure is a matter of opinion. Instead, see setbacks and mistakes as a learning opportunity, allowing you to grow and develop as an individual, ultimately allowing you to do it even better the next time! Embrace mistakes and learn from them. They can be some of the best learning opportunities we have.

Over the next few days we will be introducing what we are looking to provide you lovely people. Today we start off with an intro to our workshops: With our workshops we are looking to provide value to the local community. Many areas of interest can be covered ranging from; mental conditioning, mindset, talent development, talent identification, training techniques, positive psychology - "Happiness Advantage", etc. We will be able to develop a workshop based on the needs of the client. This will be done by setting up a phone call, questionairre, or meet up. to discuss what the clients current ideas are, and what they are looking to improve on. Most of the workshops will be developed from evidence based research and personal experience. Some examples of workshops include but are not limited to; - Evidence based talent development strategies for a sports club. - Mindset workship for teachers, to help them try and develop a growth mindset within children. - Mental training seminars for athletes at a sporting club. - Positive psychology-"Happiness Advantage" and how it effects an individuals life and how implementing an atmosphere throughout a business which emphasizes these ideas, can help allow your employees to be more productive and happy.

We will provide different Tips and Exercises for Mental Conditioning from time to time. Today we give you some ideas involving visualization. Visualization: Research based evidence shows that we can develop muscle memory (myelin) throughout the nervous system by doing vivid visualization training exercises. So find a quiet place to sit down, determine a specific situation in a game that you are looking to work on. For example, a free kick or stopping a penalty kick. Now try to visualize your surrounding environment; smells, sounds, sights. You need to be fully emerged into the process of what is going on to get the most out of the exercise. Then, visualize the process in very specific detail of your movements up until you perform the task and visualize the end result, while experiencing the feelings you might feel once you have successfully completed the task. Do this for 5-10 minutes a day, with multiple repetitions of the specific situation. Another visualization exercise that we love, is watching (YouTube, etc.) some of our favorite players who play the same position as us, that we would like to imitate their style of play and learn from. But you need to do this with a lot of attention. Focus on all of their movements, how they approach certain situations, and try to determine exactly what they are doing; where they are looking, their explosiveness, timing and so on. This one is great especially on game day, it gets your brain going and mind thinking, without much effort and at the same time you are enjoying what you are watching!

"Thoughts become things." - Kai Greene Our view of the world, plays a huge role in how our minds process thoughts and perceptions, and inevitably what our reality becomes. We create our own enviornent. Make a change today on your outlook of how you see the world and try to see the good in people, life, etc.! If we train our minds to think postively and see the good things in life, our emotions and feeling will follow, allowing us to be happier in the moment.
