Description
Dr. Scott Saunders, President and Director of Research, is a trained dentist having not only a clinical background working with patients, but also years of research and writing in the medical and dental fields. He is the author of several scientific medical and dental papers published in peer reviewed journals. In 2009 he was introduced to Tapping and began using it in both his personal and professional life, finding it to be life-changing. Combining his love of research, experience and training with EFT and his “in the trenches” knowledge of Dental Anxiety - especially how it can adversely affect patients - the next logical step was to find a way to combine these elements. Thus was born the idea for a fully-regulated, clinical study to determine the effectiveness of EFT Tapping on various aspects of dental anxiety. His hope is that this work and the resulting data, will provide valuable insights into dental-specific uses for Tapping, resulting in improved overall health for dental patients.
