Targeted Fitness is a small private training studio located at 66 King Street East Maitland in the Maitland Health Specialist Centre. Offering three fully equipped gym rooms we provide a private, relaxed, quiet environment with personalized service and individually designed programs tailored to your needs to help you achieve your personal health and body goals. You train with your own personal trainer who has fitness in their soul. Targeted Fitness also conducts small group classes as well as catering to corporate groups. With no more than six people in a session you still have the advantage of your own personal trainer in the room with you, focused totally on helping you create a new you. We work towards your individual needs offering advice and instruction on resistance and cardiovascular training as well as nutritional advice. Our goal is to help you achieve a life long healthy lifestyle. We aim to make the transformation process positive, rewarding and fun. It doesn’t matter if you have never exercised before, we can create a program to suit all levels of fitness. Your program will be constantly adjusted. As your needs and abilities grow your personalized training plan will change with you to ensure you are constantly getting results.
