Julie Tarver and Misty Hill have always wanted to create a salon environment with unmatched Classic Customer Service for Guests. Not just when you are in the Salon - We are available before, during, after and between your next visit. We also 100% Guarantee ALL of our services and products. We believe that the secret for a Genuinely Happy client experience, is to invest in and Nurture our Hairdressers and staff. Some of the ways we do this is through high levels of Respect, Competitive Pay, long-term financial plans, Bonuses, education that goes on all year, paid vacation after 1 year, and lots more. Our education program is unmatched! Our goal at Tarver Hill is to bring Educators from all over to teach in our salon. Our classes are not just for our Employees, ALL Hairdressers are welcome to sign up to take any class they see on our schedule.
