Our Products Even though we try and show you the “exact” colour and style of our products through out the pictures that we display, the shades of colours may vary, although we try to get it as close as possible, also lighting may affect the colour. Please also feel free to ask for any other colour for the embroidery designs. Use the contact page to contact me.
Postage We aim to post out your items within 14 days after payment is received however this is not always possible at busy times such as Christmas and at bank holidays so please be patient and order early to avoid disappointment. If your item has not been received 14 days after payment has been made please contact us and we will try and chase it up for you. All proof of postage is kept. Please feel free to contact me to arrange details for orders outside the UK.
UK orders have a free postage option or a recorded delivery option at just £1 per order. Unless otherwise stated. Please note, any orders not sent via recorded delivery is not covered under insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss of products sent using free delivery.
All orders are sent out via Royal Mail 2nd class.
Payments All payments are currently taken via Paypal. Either through a paypal account or as a paypal guest (paying by debit/credit card)
Refunds & Exchanges If you have received a damage item of course we would be happy to do our best to replace the item. If this is not possible we will issue a full refund, including postage costs.
If you are unsatisfied with the product for any other reason we will happily offer a refund or exchange within 7 days of the product being received back to me. Return postage is not paid for by us. This does not apply to items that have been custom made for you.
You will need to use the contact page to let us know you wish to return your purchase and your reason. We will then give you all information needed in order to do this.
