Here at Ray Skillman Northeast Mazda we are changing the car buying process. Being part of a World Class Auto Group has forwarded us the opportunity to try new things. We are transitioning from a traditional sales force to a team system. Each team is comprised of 1 Team Leader and 3 Product Specialists. When you pull into our location you will notice you are always greeted by a smiling face and a friendly handshake. The staff member greeting you will most likely be your product specialist. This individual is at your complete disposal throughout the entire car buying experience, from the time you step foot on the property until you have taken delivery of your new vehicle. The Product Specialist is designed to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Keep in mind this individual is not a Salesperson; he/she is exactly what their title suggests. He/she will answer all questions about our products and simply input your information in the system. Within 15 minutes of your arrival you should be introduced to the Specialists Team Lead. This is the person who will be handling your approval process. The Team Leader will be working with the finance department as well as the General Sales Manager. This frees up the Product Specialist to spend time with you the customer where he should be focusing his time. Too often, in the past customers find themselves sitting in the showroom at a salesman's desk for 15 or 30 minutes alone, left to read boring brochures and wondering what is taking so long. This program not only eliminates that waiting time, but it is also designed to make your experience more informative, easier, faster and most of all, more enjoyable. This program will allow us to optimize the short time we have you at our location. Our intention is not to overload you with information, but to ensure you are educated and comfortable with the entire process. Whether you decide to purchase a vehicle that day or are just in the early stages of the purchase process we are here for you! Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction! When you take delivery of your new vehicle, if in a few days you need to refresh on product information feel free to call us. Our product specialists will be more than happy to set up an appointment for you to come back in and work through any issues.
