As a graduate of the Canadian college of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH) in Cambridge, Teresa is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, and is a member of the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario. She is excited to be a part of the team at The Natural Way and combine her education along with the skills she has developed. With almost 20 years experience e working in health and community services, Teresa has well-developed skills in communicating and responding to the needs of a wide range of clients. Teresa has a background in working with people who have complex and multiple health needs, and is interested in treating in a range of conditions from palliative care and chronic pain, to relaxation and injury prevention/treatment. Regardless of the reason that you are looking for a massage treatment, Teresa enjoys developing and carrying out a plan with you to help you reach your goals. Teresa’s massage treatments have a combination of relaxation and therapeutic elements, and usually contain some information about self-care, so that her clients can take the benefits of the massage back home and extend them beyond the treatment time. In addition to registration as a massage therapist, Teresa also has certificates in Reiki and Introduction to Reflexology, and will continue expanding her knowledge to further expand and improve the treatments that she offers.
