Description

We are dedicated to rescuing, providing medical care, fostering and adopting out stray and abandoned Australian Cattle Dogs (heelers). TCDR rescues heelers from the streets and city and county shelters throughout Texas. We're an all volunteer, nonprofit 501c3 organization.
