The Texas Exes' core purpose is to formally organize alumni and friends to champion and advance the mission of the University of Texas at Austin. The Texas Exes will be indispensable to the University of Texas at Austin by connecting alumni to the university and to one another.

The Texas Exes Facebook page is a way for the association to provide the latest news, benefits, and happenings surrounding the University of Texas that are of interest to alumni and the members of the Texas Exes. We encourage you to share your thoughts and exchange insightful commentary representing a range of views, but we also ask that discussions be respectful and constructive, especially on subjects that may be controversial. This page is a public forum, and we allow anyone to comment or post. We regularly include feedback relating to news articles in the Alcalde magazine.
