TNFHC is a local faith-based non-profit healthcare organization that exists to provide free, quality healthcare to uninsured and underinsured in the River North District and Vistula Neighborhood. TNFHC will also provide needed follow-up care for ongoing medical conditions that are concerns for this population such as: diabetes, high blood pressure, and obesity. TNFHC will work with these patients in improving their overall health. We are a daughter organization of That Neighborhood Foundation, which is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and is an outreach to the community based at That Neighborhood Church.
