The '1341' Society raises funds for cultural, sporting and extra-curricular endeavors of The Queen's College students.
The '1341' Society, named after the year of foundation of The Queen's College, raises funds for cultural, sporting and extra-curricular endeavors of students at Queen's. It supports the College Book Grant System, the Student Hardship Fund and the 650th Anniversary Trust Fund. Termly fundraising events such as lunches or garden parties are held with great success such that a substantial sum of money is contributed yearly to support students getting through an increasingly expensive education here at Oxford. Parents and guardians are invited to sign up to receive the College’s biannual Newsletter by email. Please email oldmembers@queens.ox.ac.uk to join the mailing list. Each December you will receive a hard copy of the College Record. For more information, please contact the Old Member's Office (oldmembers@queens.ox.ac.uk), or our Co-Presidents Andrew Russell (andrew.russell@queens.ox.ac.uk) and Queenie Chan (queenie.chan@queens.ox.ac.uk).
