I am a passionate, dedicated first aid trainer and have been for over 20yrs, I also has young children of my own. The initial and unit course's that I run are centred around families of all ages and the primary goal is children, mums& dads, grannys and grandads, Aunts & uncles are kept safe until the professionals can take over in an emergency. Although I can teach all first aid & defib courses I felt it was important to focus on the family network. 1staid4families also offers the same initial and unit courses in your home so invite friends & family and lets learn lifesaving skills together.
