2GuysFitness is run by two lifelong friends, who are both extremely passionate about sharing the benefits of a healthy lifestyle with others. Peter and Patrick both have a vast knowledge of physical fitness and the lasting effects it has on the body. Both have various qualifications, which combined can offer the best advice and help on how to change your body and lifestyle. They will involve a wide range of exercises and equipment which will give you a whole body workout. Boot camp classes will include circuits, kettlebells, HIIT, core, spin and sports specific training. These classes will help you meet your personal goals, may they be weight loss, achieving muscle mass, strength or just improving general fitness. Classes will involve functional movements to help you in your daily life routines and in any sports you participate in.
