3rd Thursday Loop is a program of The Arts Commission in Toledo, Ohio. The 3rd Thursday Loop program is a combination of previous Arts Commission programs, the Art Walk series and the Gallery Loop and Holiday Loop series, which were founded in 2007. In 2015, The Arts Commission combined these programs into the 3rd Thursday Loop, partnering with Toledo Area Transit Authority (TARTA) to offer affordable bus loops each month, year-round to connect and promote Toledo's creative community and cultural assets. 3rd Thursday Loop takes place on the 3rd Thursday of each month, year-round and offers area residents, guests, and tourists the opportunity to explore more than 30 galleries, artist studios, local restaurants and retailers, and much more throughout several of Downtown Toledo's most inspiring neighborhoods, including Downtown, UpTown, the Warehouse District, Historic South End, Old West End, East Toledo, and more. The cost of just one single TARTA fare ($1.25) gets each guest a wristband for unlimited rides all evening long each month.
